Complaints Policy

This Complaints Policy explains how complaints relating to content, user conduct, transactions, or operations on AlbumSelection, operated by Upperstage Eng Ltd, registered in Cyprus under number HE155422 (“AlbumSelection,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), are submitted, reviewed, and resolved.

We are committed to reviewing all complaints fairly, promptly, and in accordance with applicable laws and card network requirements.

  1. How to Submit a Complaint

    All complaints must be submitted in writing by email to:

    support@albumselection.com

    Your complaint should include:

    • Your full name;
    • A valid contact email address;
    • A clear description of the issue;
    • Relevant URLs, usernames, or transaction details (if applicable);
    • Any supporting documentation you wish to provide.
  2. Review and Investigation

    Upon receipt of a complaint:

    • We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint;
    • We will conduct an internal review of the matter;
    • We may request additional information where necessary.

    Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days, where reasonably possible.

  3. Complaints of Non-Consensual Content

    AlbumSelection maintains a zero-tolerance policy for non-consensual content.

    If a complaint alleges that content was published without the consent of an individual depicted, we will:

    • Promptly restrict access to the content while under review;
    • Investigate the complaint in good faith;
    • Remove the content if it is determined to be non-consensual.

    The outcome of the investigation will be communicated to the complainant.

  4. Complaints of Illegal Content

    If a complaint alleges that content is unlawful, we will investigate within a timeframe appropriate to the nature of the allegation.

    If we determine that content violates applicable law, it will be removed without undue delay and the complainant will be notified of the outcome.

  5. Copyright Complaints

    Complaints relating to copyright infringement must be submitted to support@albumselection.com and should include sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material and establish ownership rights.

  6. Appeals of Decisions

    If you wish to appeal a decision made in response to a complaint, you may submit a written appeal to support@albumselection.com.

    Appeals should clearly state the reasons for reconsideration. We will review appeals in good faith and communicate our final decision.
